Refund Policy

Our boxes contain fresh, perishable food and therefore you are not entitled to a ‘normal’ 14 or 30-day return if you change your mind. Food is likely to have a best before date only within a few days of you receiving it.

You have the right the cancel your subscription or order either online or directly via our email or phone (details are on the contact us page). You must notify us 24 hours prior. You will need to inform us of whether you want just one order canceled or the whole subscription. If your order has already been charged and you are requesting the charge to be refunded, a $2.00 charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the fees we incur from our site provider.

If the products we deliver are not as described, you can contact us to report the defect or mis-description as soon as possible.  We will ask you to send us a photo prior to disposing of the product you are describing and we will offer you a refund or credit of the price of the product in full.
